Soham Meditation

This is a simple but powerful meditation. In connecting the breath with the subtle sound of So-ham (I am That – meaning “I am the Self, God, the Divine.”) you move your mind into a state of concentration and stillness, allowing you to enter into profound meditation on the Self.

Guided Meditation:

Rhythmic Breathing Pranayama Meditation

This is a gentle pranayama that anyone can do that brings the breath into a perfect rhythm of equalized inhalation and exhalation, calming the nervous system and relaxing the waves of thoughts in the mind. We end this pranayama with a little guided meditation.
