Morning Yin Yoga Wake-Up Routine

Over the years I’ve put this body through all sorts of yoga routines in the morning. Often, when I wake up, my joints and muscles are a little stiff and don’t enjoy a vigorous start to the day. I found this practice to be a gentle, relaxing, and invigorating way to wake up the body, mind, and spirit. I use it every morning.
